WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept Visa & Mastercard credit and debit cards.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Our team are committed to getting your orders processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Shortly after you place your order, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process, and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order. Please contact us immediately on our contact form and we will attempt to intercept it. If we are unable to intercept it, you may return unworn products within 14 days from receipt of goods using the return instructions enclosed within your order.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?

We do not currently offer exchanges for items you wish to return for a different item as we only have 1 product range active. We advise once we have more ranges, If you wish to order a different pair, we advise that you return the item to us and place an additional order to avoid delay and disappointment. Once we receive your return in our warehouse, please allow 2 weeks for a refund to be credited to your account. We
do not credit for delivery costs incurred during your purchase.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR I'VE
RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?

If you believe the product, you have received is faulty or you've received an incorrect item, please contact info@truutools.com before
returning your item as we are unable to credit postage costs so please
contact us and we will be happy to assist. Please do not attempt to fix or repair your faulty product as this
will invalidate your warranty and we will not be able to take your claim
further. For further information on returning a faulty product please
refer to our returns and exchanges page.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TRUU ORIGINAL KNEE PADS?

We recommend cleaning
them with a damp cloth after use if dirty. We also recommend you wash them in the washing machine every week (low heat). This helps keep the Shape and durability of the knee pad. Do not tumble dry.
